FollowerX exists because the market offered two bad options: a retainer that bills for scope you never use, or a marketplace that inflates numbers and calls it growth. We priced the work instead.
What we believe
An audience is an asset, and assets are built slowly. A follower who arrived because a piece of work was genuinely good is worth more than a hundred who arrived because a number needed padding.
So we do the unglamorous version: research, editing, conversation, partnerships, measurement. Repeated weekly. It is slower than the alternatives and it is the only version that keeps working.
How we are set up
FollowerX is operated by Trepte Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Hamburg. Work is requested against a published token catalogue. We do not publish headcount, office locations or employment mix.
Because tokens price the work rather than a monthly retainer, you buy a balance and spend it on the service lines you need.

Listen
We read the market before we speak into it: what your buyers search, save and argue about, and which creators they already trust.
Make
Original assets against three to five pillars, produced at a cadence you can sustain rather than a burst you cannot.
Converse
Human replies, real participation and creator relationships. Distribution is a social act, not a scheduling task.
Measure
Weekly review of what earned attention and what did not, then reallocation of next week's tokens accordingly.

No automation, no artificial metrics
Every interaction on your account is written by a person. We do not use bots, engagement pods or any service that manufactures numbers.
No guaranteed outcomes
We commit to the work, the turnaround and the reporting. Anyone promising a specific follower number is either guessing or cheating.
Full disclosure on paid partnerships
Every creator collaboration carries the disclosure that advertising regulations require, in the format each market expects.
Your data, your accounts
You own all content we produce and all access we are granted. Access is revoked on request and deleted within 30 days of the account closing.
Who you will work with
After you buy tokens you get dashboard access and can request work yourself. An account manager is available in the workspace. We do not call you to start.
