Do I have to spend a minimum each month?

No. There is no monthly minimum and no inactivity fee, and top-ups start at €3,99. Some clients spend heavily for a launch quarter and then coast — the balance simply sits there.

Are creator fees included in the token price?

No. The 750-token campaign fee covers our sourcing, negotiation, briefing and reporting. Any fee paid to a creator is billed separately at cost, always disclosed and always approved by you first.

What happens if a deliverable is late?

If we miss a published turnaround without an agreed reason, the tokens for that deliverable are returned to your balance. No claim form required.

Can I get an invoice or pay by bank transfer?

A tax invoice is emailed after every Stripe payment. We do not offer pay-later invoicing or bank transfer.

Rates are reviewed twice a year. Tokens already in your balance are always honoured at the rate in force when you bought them, and we give 30 days notice before any rate card change.

Payment & billing

Accepted methods. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA via Stripe.

Currency. All prices are quoted and charged in euro (EUR). Cards issued outside the eurozone may incur a conversion fee from your bank.

VAT. Every price shown includes 19% German VAT — no tax is added at checkout. Business customers with a valid EU VAT ID outside Germany are invoiced net under the reverse-charge procedure.

Receipts. A tax invoice is emailed immediately and stored in your account.

Security. Card details are captured by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

Delivery & fulfilment

Onboarding. Tokens and dashboard access are available immediately. Request work there. An account manager is available in the workspace after you have access — we do not contact you to start.

Deliverables. Each service has a published turnaround, listed on the services page and confirmed when you place a request.

Validity. Tokens do not expire and are not subject to inactivity fees.

30-day refund window

Unused tokens can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Partially used balances are refunded pro rata for the unspent portion. Full detail in the refund & cancellation policy.

Pricing questions

A retainer charges you for a fixed scope whether or not you use it, and re-scoping means a new contract. Tokens price the work itself, so your spend tracks what was actually produced and you can change the mix month to month without renegotiating.
