What happens after I buy my first tokens?

Tokens are credited immediately and you get dashboard access. Request work against the published catalogue there. An account manager is available in the workspace after you have access — we do not contact you to start.

What access do you need to my accounts?

Accepted Answer

For most work, business-manager or collaborator access rather than passwords. Community engagement needs inbox access on the specific profiles. We never ask for your personal login credentials, and access can be revoked by you at any moment.

Can you work alongside our in-house team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can keep strategy or publishing in-house and buy individual catalogue lines from us.

How many platforms should I start with?

We work on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Twitch, Pinterest, Threads, Facebook, Telegram, Discord, Snapchat, Reddit, WhatsApp, Spotify and Bluesky. Starting on one or two profiles keeps a small balance usable.

Is there an API or MCP server?

Yes. The HTTP API and the remote MCP server are documented at /docs. They use the same catalogue, token balance, jobs and invoices as the dashboard.

How do I spend tokens?

Accepted Answer

Request work from the dashboard or by email. The token cost is shown and confirmed before anything starts, and deducted when the deliverable is accepted.

Do tokens expire or lose value?

Accepted Answer

No. Balances do not expire, there are no inactivity fees, and tokens are always honoured at the rate you bought them at even if the rate card changes later.

Can I move tokens between brands or platforms?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A balance sits at the account level and can be spent on any brand, profile or service line within that account.

What if a deliverable is not right?

Accepted Answer

Every production deliverable includes two rounds of revision at no extra token cost. If it is still not right, we redo it or return the tokens.

What if you miss a deadline?

If we miss a published turnaround without an agreed reason, the tokens for that deliverable go back to your balance automatically.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA via Stripe.

Is this a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. Every purchase is a single charge. No subscription is created, nothing renews automatically, and there is nothing to cancel.

How is tax handled?

Accepted Answer

Every price on the site already includes 19% German VAT — nothing is added at checkout. Your invoice itemises the net amount and the VAT contained in it. Business customers elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT ID are invoiced net under the reverse-charge procedure. A tax invoice is emailed immediately.

How do refunds work?

Unused tokens are refundable in full within 30 days of purchase. Partially used balances are refunded pro rata for the unspent portion. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. See the full refund policy for detail.

Can I pay by invoice?

A tax invoice is emailed after every Stripe payment. We do not offer pay-later invoicing or bank transfer. Billing questions: trepteventures@proton.me.

Who can see my data?

Only people who need it to handle your requests, under role-based, least-privilege access. Access is logged.

How do I export or delete my data?

Accepted Answer

Email trepteventures@proton.me from your account address. We respond to access, correction, portability and deletion requests within 30 days as required under GDPR and comparable laws.

What happens when I stop working with you?

You keep all content produced, including source files. Our access to your platforms is revoked on the closing date and any residual data is deleted within 30 days, apart from records we are legally required to retain.

How do you keep accounts secure?

We do not ask for personal login passwords. Access uses the platform's own collaborator tools where available. Credentials we hold are stored in a password manager and protected with two-factor authentication.
